Reputation Guard ("we," "us") is a service of Phresh Media LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What We Collect

When you submit the Free Reputation Audit form, we collect the information you provide: business name, contact name, business email, and city/state (required), plus phone number and website (optional, if you choose to provide them).

We do not use tracking cookies. If website analytics are enabled, they are privacy-friendly and aggregate only — they do not identify you individually or track you across other websites.

Spam Prevention

To keep this form usable and prevent automated abuse, we use a hidden field that legitimate visitors never see or fill out, and we limit how many requests can be submitted from the same network address in a short period. Neither method identifies you personally beyond what you voluntarily submit.

How We Use It

We use the information you submit to:

• Send you a confirmation that we received your request
• Prepare and follow up with your free reputation audit
• Contact you about the audit and, if you're interested, about our services

We do not add you to a marketing email list or ongoing newsletter without your separate, explicit consent.

How We Store It

Submitted information is stored in our database (hosted via Supabase) with access restricted to Reputation Guard / Phresh Media LLC. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Third Parties

We use Resend to deliver confirmation emails and n8n / Cloudflare infrastructure to operate this site and process form submissions. These providers process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

Your Choices

You can ask us to delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing founder@mailreputationguard.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
